A columnist, Tom Rademacher, at the Grand Rapids Press wrote a foreward for John Brissette in John's 2007 paperback book called "What's Shakin'. I want to let him and Mr.

Brissette know that I am planning to read his book on SunSounds, a radio/internet project for the print impaired/challenged and their companions. I have a dear friend who has Parkinson's and can't read this book. His wife has dementia and can't read it to him. I will be recording it, and the program managers will figure out where to insert it in their programming.

We read the local newspapers, magazine articles, the food ads - things of local, state, national and international. You may have a similar organization in your neighborhood. The blind, those with arthritis, Parkinson's, folks who can't hold a book or turn a page or see the print, love to listen to SunSounds. They can get music and talk on the radio, but thanks to SunSounds they can get a wide variety of other fact and fiction!

Is someone reading your newspaper on line or on the radio? Thanks for passing the information on. I don't think I need permission, but I'd like them to know.

You too! Carmen Christy Tucson AZ
