The Grand Rapids Press - Service not restarted on day requested, no way to reach anyone to fix problem
Sunday, January 21 My paper was to be restarted today, but it wasn't. I tried to reach a person.
However, the office is closed. I guess they don't think anyone will have a problem on the weekend. We made arrangements to have the paper stopped and restarted after we returned from a vacation. We did our part.
However, The G R Press did not do what it promised, which was to restart the paper today. I want a phone call at 616 - 874-9183 from a PERSON with an explanation about why this was not done correctly AND the amount of $ which will be deducted from my next bill and assurance that my Tuesday paper will be delivered.
