The Grand Rapids Press - Your Loosing Me as a Customer
I just wasted 30 minutes of my life that I'll never get back trying to get someone to help me with a non-delivery of our paper on Sunday. I waited 20 minutes on hold (I now don't like "The Entertainer" song) for someone to pick up. Finally, someone did and after I gave him our phone number, I heard him talking casually to someone in the same room but he never got back on the phone with me. I repeatedly said "Hello" "Are you still there?". Finally he hung up on me after five minutes.
Then I tried the Text option. Nope. That was a non-response, too.
I tried calling our delivery person. Nope. But you can bet I'll get a nice note in my Press saying "Happy Holidays from your Press carrier". In other words, please give me a tip for my terrible service this year. We've given them a tip in year's past but never even got a thank you.
So, we're out of your circulation as of this week!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
The Grand Rapids Press Cons: Cannot cancel the subscription, Your customer service stinks.
